How fast can you deploy workers?
Standard lead time is 7–10 working days from signed brief. We've deployed in 72 hours for emergencies.
What nationalities do you recruit?
Primarily Polish nationals, plus EU nationals from our wider network. Non-EU candidates are placed only with full work-permit sponsorship.
Who is the legal employer?
Under worker-supply model: Peritus Sp. z o.o. remains the employer and posts the worker to Belgium. Under subcontracting: Peritus delivers a scope of work as a contractor.
Do you handle Limosa and A1?
Yes. Every declaration is filed by us before the worker's first day, and audit copies are shared with you.
What if a worker doesn't perform?
We guarantee a replacement within 10 working days at no cost, or a pro-rata credit.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on trade, rotation, and engagement length. We quote fixed hourly or fixed scope, no hidden fees.
Is housing arranged?
Yes, within 30 minutes of the site, to Belgian housing-standard requirements. Cost is transparent and either billed through or to the worker.
