2. What data we collect
We collect personal data you provide through our contact form (name, email, phone, company, message) and any application data you submit when enquiring about job opportunities (CV, trade background, work history). We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process contact and application data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining business relationships).
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, assess your application, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Candidate data related to successful placements is retained for the duration of the employment relationship plus 3 years as required by Polish labour law. Data is deleted on request unless retention is legally required.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email peritusplus@vp.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for basic site function. No tracking or advertising cookies are set. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and your consent sought.
